GARDEN APARTMENT
Our 70-square-meter garden apartment offers plenty of space for two people to enjoy a perfect vacation.
In the open-concept living area, you’ll find peace and relaxation after an eventful day. Here, you’ll have access to a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and an internet connection (LAN and Wi-Fi). A wide selection of books, many board, dice, and card games, as well as a comprehensive information folder with maps to help you plan your next day of adventures, are all available for your use.
To relax, enjoy a soak in the bathtub or refresh yourself under our color shower. Hand towels, bath towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided.
You can prepare your breakfast in your high-quality built-in kitchen.
Here you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee and espresso machines, toaster, blender, ......, dish towels and a wide selection of spices.
From both the living room and the kitchen, you can step out into your own garden area, which features several seating areas and lounge chairs.
Cook your steak on the charcoal grill and round off the day with a good glass of wine on your terrace.
The double bed in the bedroom measures 1.8 x 2.0 m and has two separate, adjustable slatted frames. High-quality mattresses and the cool location within the house guarantee a restful night’s sleep. A crib can be provided.

The spacious 90-square-meter rooftop apartment offers four people all the comfort needed for a relaxing vacation.
In the bright, open living area, furnished with a white leather sofa set and solid pine furniture, you’ll find relaxation after an eventful day.
Here, too, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available.
Just like in the garden apartment, you’ll find a wide selection of books as well as several board and card games. With the help of our extensive informational materials, you can plan your next day of vacation.

The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee and espresso machine, and other kitchen appliances (blender, toaster, egg cooker, etc.) as well as dish towels and a wide selection of spices.
From the dining area, you can step out onto the spacious, fully covered balcony, where you can stay dry even in bad weather. Here, with a glass of wine and a view of the setting sun, you can reflect on the day’s events.
The two separate bedrooms are each furnished with double beds (1.8 x 2.0 m) featuring slatted frames and high-quality mattresses. In one bedroom, you’ll find a second flat-screen TV; in the second bedroom, you can relax in a rocking chair in the reading nook. A crib can also be provided here.

When we arrived the host had filled the fridge with cold drinks and sweet's which was a kind reception after a long drive. The flat was huge, very clean and fully equiped in a quite area. During the stay the host was very very kind and maked sure everything was okay for us. The host helped with information s about rent, where to go in the area etc. We can highly recommend Frau Heigert and this lovely appartment.

We are 2 older couples. We stayed at the apartment for 10 days making day trips by train, car, and boat to the beautiful small villages from Rudesheim to. Koblenz. The location of the apartment is perfect for this kind of vacation and the 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful and clean. Gabriel and her son were great hosts and were very helpful in our daily trip plans. I would highly recommend this apartment.
