The "Wald & Meer" vacation home, situated on a lot of approximately 800 m², is located in a quiet area of Warnemünde at Waldweg 10b, just a few steps from the beach. The house is divided into two separate apartments: the 3-room “Kapitänsdeck” apartment on the first floor and the 4-room “Oberdeck” duplex apartment on the top floor, each with a terrace or balcony and a parking space next to the house. —to the cozy “Wald & Meer” vacation home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Wald&Meer” vacation home offers a wonderful 3-room apartment called “Kapitänsdeck” on the first floor for up to 4 people and a 4-room duplex apartment called “Oberdeck” on the top floor for up to 6 people.
The nearby “Fuchsbar,” a small, quaint pub right on the beach, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The same goes for “Wilhelmshöhe,” a restaurant with a large terrace and sweeping views of the cliffs.
Why not play a round of golf at the Warnemünde Golf Course? Shopping options are about a 5-minute walk away at the Diedrichshagen “Kreisel,” as is the bus stop for Bad Doberan and downtown Warnemünde.
The sunny, cozy “Oberdeck” duplex apartment is approximately 101 square meters in size, designed for 2 to 6 guests, and features a living room, an open kitchen with all the trimmings, a large dining area, a bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, a balcony, satellite TV, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and a bedroom with a double bed. In the attic, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.
Enjoy a nice glass of wine on your balcony.
Free parking space right next to the house.
The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, a golf course, the beach, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
No rentals to groups! Pets are not allowed!
