The staff was very courteous and nice. Ms.Sinha introduced herself prior to arrival to ensure the room was ready at our arrival time. The rooms were spacious. The staff was courteous.
I had an incident when having dinner at their restaurant and even after multiple requests the item wasn’t brought. However , Mr.Manohar (asst F&B manager) did come over and apologise.

The location was superb. It was a stay gifted to my family and the entire team took a very very good care of them. The breakfast was buffet and had food from all contents.
I were ABSOLUTELY no complaints! :)

Spacious room. Good location. Ambience is nice
Food is very low quality. All North Indian staff. No southern taste at all. Spoiled all south dishes front office staff need to be more polite and hospitable
