About this apartment rental
Our condo is located on the beautiful Island of Perdido Key, one of the best "family" beaches in the Florida panhandle. Spectacular gulf front condo with beautiful sunsets enjoyed from your own private patio. Walk out the front door and you are on the beach!
Enjoy a newly remodeled unit with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeps a maximum of 8. The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast counter space.
The unit has 3 levels, entry level/mudroom to leave your beach gear and shoes; main level with two large balconies, living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, guest bath and laundry room. The couch unfolds into a queen size bed.
The top floor boasts 3 bedrooms, each room has large widows that overlook the beautiful Island. The master bedroom has a private balcony and windows that overlook the gulf with magnificent views!!
A guest room has a queen size bed and another guest room hold a trundle twin size bed that sleeps 2.

If you are looking to stay near FloraBama for a vacation this is the property to stay. Incredible beach front location 1 block from FloraBama with Ocean View, private hourse entry, private driveway, and private parking. Great floor plan and layout with multiple outside decksRania was a fantastic host one of the best I have experienced incredible communications and a genuine care about tenants having a great experience. Very Clean! Great place to stay for the price. Beach area is not crowded, which is a big plus for my family. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect. Right next to Florabama and on the beach. Beach area was nice - not overly crowded. We did notice that there were a few people using the beach entry that were not staying at the rental, but we weren't bothered by it. The rental itself needs some maintenance. Living room area is decorated nicely, but the bedrooms could use some updates. Owner is very responsive and helpful if anything is needed. Overall a good experience for a quick weekend getaway but would not want to stay longer than the weekend.
