Charming studio apartment located in the vibrant center of Riglione, on the outskirts of Pisa, overlooking the bike path along the Arno River. It is well-connected to downtown Pisa and the Leaning Tower, and very close to the Fi-Pi-Li highway and Cisanello Hospital. Equipped with every comfort, including Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine, with parking available in the building’s shared garage.

The neighborhood is lively and dynamic, and just a few meters from the apartment you’ll find all kinds of shops (supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacco shops, and various other stores) as well as public services (post office, bank, municipal offices, doctors’ offices, church, pharmacy, and newsstand). Just a short walk from the apartment is a bike path that takes you to the center of Pisa. A 1-minute walk (100 meters) away is the bus stop (Line 150 – Riglione Chiesa stop), which takes you to Cisanello Hospital, downtown Pisa, and the train station in just a few minutes. The entrance to the FI-PI-LI highway is nearby, allowing you to reach the airport, the hospital, downtown, and the beach in just a few minutes, as well as Tuscany’s main tourist attractions (Florence, Lucca, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Volterra, etc.).
