Sinah from reception was always friendly and helpful. Game drive was lovely.
The accommodation was sub-standard. For the price we paid we were very disappointed. The linen is very old and definitely needs upgrading. Nothing seemed to match.
We were advised there was a coffee machine which there was not. Not sure if coffee was supposed to be supplied but there was exactly 1 stick of coffee in the containers. We had to go out and buy our own coffee. There were a few mugs and glasses, nothing else. No cutlery at all. Not even a dish towel or dish soap to wash the used cups. The cooked breakfast was average. The food was mostly cold unfortunately. Eggs were pre-cooked so were cold when dished up.
Restaurant service and staff and kitchen need more training.
