Quiet location, short walk to Darwin central, 15 min walk to botanic gardens. Quiet once in the room. Fantastic pool deck.
Comfortable and very clean room, staff were helpful, very affordable. I will reccomend
The pool water looked a bit green, I asked the staff and they were testing and adding chemicals daily to improve the quality of the water. Each day the water quality was improving.

We’d been there before and found it suited us so happy to return knowing the area and facilities. Location is not great but on this visit it was fine for a “transit” stay. The renovation/upgrade since 2024 was an improvement and we wish them well for their future success
Location is a bit of a drawback for people wanting to explore Darwin but it was not a problem for us. We were given the wrong advice about the location of the bus stop for a trip to Fanny Bay but solved the problem ourselves. Staff need to have better local knowledge.

It was clean. The room was spacious. The location was ok. The staff were polite.
We had no hot water one morning, and no water at all for approx 4 hours due to repair work. There were people yelling during the night, and our friends had some guy knocking on their door at 4am requesting to use the toilet! The buffet breakfast was ok, but get in early unless you want dried up eggs. The location is ok, but wouldn’t advise walking alone after dark.
