It was quiet. Located outside of Old Town and the busy parts of Hoi An, this place is closer to the beach and doesn't have a lot of the traffic and sound you get from the busier parts. It was a nice change to the place we stayed in during our time in Da Nang. It's still about 15-20 mins from Old Town but we didn't have any problems finding a Grab ride into town. Also, the private jacuzzi was nice to have and relax in at night. Decent amount of food options near by, but definitely not as abundant as Old Town.
Not a single thing.

Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi an but still close enough. There is free bikes to enjoy the beach and scooters to hire. A highlight for us was the massive bath tub. The staff are incredibly helpful for suggestions on what to do and where to eat.

The property is a little away from the centre and the chaos. It is very beautiful and peaceful, we especially like our private pool. The amenities are great as well and this was by far the most comfortable bed we had during our trip! Definitely recommend :)

The bed was comfy and the host was very friendly.
The shower wasn’t hot and were stuck with cold showers for our stay. You also had to walk through the shower to get to the toilet, which was annoying. Also, to get to any attractions, you need a car or moped to get around as it’s located in a quiet town.
