Located within the Baie des Anges marina—a 20th-century heritage site—between Cannes and Nice, with a train station just a 5-minute walk away serving the major cities of the French Riviera: Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cagnes-sur-Mer, and Monaco. Very close to Marineland and La Siesta (casino, mini-golf, nightclub); all amenities on-site, including numerous cafés and restaurants, as well as bike, scooter, and personal watercraft rentals... Airport is 10 minutes away.
Spacious, luxury studio for 4 people with a sleeping area and a terrace offering direct access to the beach (a rarity on the French Riviera).
It offers a magical ocean view and is very well equipped: 47-inch TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, air conditioning, electric blinds, bathroom with walk-in shower, fiber-optic Wi-Fi with Orange TV.
Large sofa bed with high-quality mattress (200x160x18), 1 sleeping area with a 190x140 bed, and a washing machine. Beach mattresses provided.
Private parking space included. Private transfer to and from the airport available. Options: Bed linens and towels available for rent for €25. Cleaning service also available: €30.

We had a really great time in the beautiful appartment from eric and frederique.
Everything we needed was available.
The appartment was clean and cosy.
And the view was incredible, on the park, harbor and sea💖

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à sa description, dans un état d'entretien impeccable. Nous l'avons occupé mon épouse et moi même du 11 au 25 07 2009, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié : son équipement très complet et confortable, la terrasse avec une vue imprenable, la résidence pour son jardin et sa plage directe étonnamment très calmes, la sécurité des accès, la place de parking réservée au sous-sol, la proximité des commerces et restaurants, Ainsi que la sympathie des propriétaires...
