About this apartment rental
Our stylish and comfortably furnished vacation rental, with 132 square meters of living space, accommodates 2–6 people across two floors. The spacious living room, featuring a leather corner sofa, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a cozy dining area, invites you to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and more, along with a wide variety of dishes, leaves nothing to be desired. The vacation rental features three bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and features two separate beds. The spacious bathroom offers a shower and bathtub, and a hair dryer is provided. There is also a separate restroom. A washing machine and dryer are available upon request. The apartment is allergy-friendly and smoke-free. The spacious garden invites you to relax, sunbathe, and barbecue on your own terrace. Wi-Fi and parking are available free of charge. Cyclists and motorcyclists are welcome. A garage is available for parking. Payment in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. Cash accepted upon arrival if necessary. Credit card payments are not accepted. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM; please call in advance to coordinate. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A crib and high chair are available. Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge. Towels, bed linens, final cleaning, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, spices, toilet paper, parking, and Wi-Fi are included. Allergy-free rooms—therefore, no dogs and no smoking. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee. The visitor’s tax of 1.00 EUR/day (for guests 16 and older), free for children 6 and under, and 0.80 EUR/day for guests aged 6–16, is charged separately.

Vermieter sind ganz liebe und herzliche Eine Ferienwohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt.Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und hatten zu 6. genug Platz ohne uns auf die Pelle zu rücken.Danke😊

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Schlüsselübergabe bzw das "Einchecken" total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und doch ortsnah, zu Fuß ist alles gut zu erreichen: Bäcker, Metzger, Bank, Wirtschaften , in denen es gutes Essen gibt, Apotheke ( in der die Coronatests auch durchgeführt werden können), ganz in der Nähe ein schöner Park zum Laufen und Ruhe genießen. Die Menschen alle sehr freundlich, vorallem die Vermieter, Familie Schötz. Die Wohnung top in Ordnung, alles ausreichend vorhanden. Familie Schötz gab uns stets freundlich und zuvorkommend Auskunft und Tipps, was man in der Gegend machen könnte.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung von Herzen gerne.

Schon die erste Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und freundlich.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und die Fereinwohnung lässt keinerlei Wünschen offen.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unseren Gastgebern empfangen und durch die Wohung geführt.
Tadellos von der Sauberkeit bis hin zum hochwertigem Mobiliar.
Gastfreundlichkeit wird in Bayern ja eh groß geschrieben und hier wurde noch mal ein Tüpfelchen auf's i gemacht.
Unsere Gastgeber standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und waren schlichtweg von erlesener Höflichkeit und Herzlichkeit.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese sehr schöne Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen.
