Persönliche Begrüßung und ausführliche Informationsrunde durch den Gastgeber gleich bei der Schlüsselübergabe, hilfreiche Tipps beim Eating-Out, ÖPNV etc.
Die Beleuchtung bei Gehwegen im Garten sowie in der Wohnung ist ausreichend vorhanden und hell, hilft besonders in den dunklen Jahreszeiten.
Für die kältere Jahreszeit würden eine Sitzauflage und evtl eine kleine Kuscheldecke die Sitzecke bestimmt noch komfortabler und gemütlicher machen.

Le logement de Karima et Carsten correspond en tout point à la description. Il est fonctionnel, très propre et très calme. On s'y sent rapidement bien. Carsten a été très accueillant et facilitant. Un bon équilibre entre tranquillité, indépendance et contact avec des personnes sur place et attentives.
