We would love to welcome you to Water’s Edge Hideaway. This cozy condominium was created in the hopes of both native Arkansans as well as those visiting from afar to be a place to hideaway and escape the everyday craziness of life. What better place to rest and relax than next to the water’s edge?
This beautiful retreat features a private bedroom, as well as a second loft bedroom. The open floor concept makes this hideaway cozy, yet spacious with a full size living room, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a spacious dining area to eat and play games (some of which are provided). The décor is light and airy full of trinkets and treasures new and old to add to the lake theme. Additionally, our property features a beautiful patio view of the boardwalk next to the water’s edge making the perfect place to sip on your coffee to watch the early morning sun rise or relax to watch our beautiful southern sunsets.
If it’s a trip to visit the downtown spas or horse races, a weekend getaway to the lake in the summer or just an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Water’s Edge Hideaway is the place for you! This was a perfect get away for us. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and can’t wait till we get to return. When your 7 yo says it was the best vacation ever, that says a lot !! The condo was very well furnished and we enjoyed being right on the river. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and everyone we met was super nice. We felt very safe inside a gated area and never had any issues with loud noises or anything! I’ll add a few notes for the next family that we definitely took note of for our next return. There is a k cup coffee pot but also a regular coffee pot under the counter. There is a toaster oven and mixer. You will have everything you need for meals. Only thing I’m glad we brought was a vegetable peeler and will bring our own chef knives next time. There are some small knives but limited if you plan to do a lot of cutting and prep work. There is only one pirex 11x9 baking dish and there are 2 8 in round baking pans as well as 3 different size sheet pans. The stairs to the loft are very steep and very narrow. Would be fine for kids. Both beds are queen and sleep well. The bedroom on the ground level only has a ceiling fan and the unit is cooled by one window unit. It works very well and you’ll be plenty cold in the living room and loft area. There are 2 box fans in the condo and we used those to help pull cooler air into the sleeping areas. We will definitely be staying again and already looking at dates for return!! Highly recommended condo for a getaway!

Everything was great! The condo was very clean and had the essentials we would need. The view from the back door was great!! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing quiet getaway!!
