The country vacation home Casa Carlo is located about 80 meters above sea level above Colico, on the slope of the local mountain Monte Legnone, and is surrounded by plenty of nature. The house has a large garden with many palm trees, which also includes a playground with a children’s pool (3.80 m x 1.50 m x 0.4 m), a ping-pong table, a sandbox, a swing, a slide, and a garden shower. Nearby, there are a few small farms, a horse paddock, and other residential homes. Thanks to its hillside location, you’ll enjoy an impressive view of the Alpine landscape: Lake Como and Lago di Mezzola, the mountain backdrop with its Alpine massif, various neighborhoods, and the Fuentes shopping and commercial center with its helipad. The town center, with grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and the lake, is about 3.5 km away. Lombardy’s largest nature reserve, Pian di Spagna, is also just a few minutes away by bike. Apartment C is accessible via 18 steps from the parking level; each apartment has a carport.
