Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms with everything I could need.
Self service ice machine, I felt bad asking the staff for ice all the time.

Location is walking distance from a lot of good food, coffee, and more. Bartender was super nice.
Expensive parking at $55 per night. The front desk staff that was working the night shift was not friendly. Does not provide water. Dozens of homeless people roaming around the area which is not the hotels fault, but worth being aware of.

The staff were professional and responsive. The half pour at the bar was a nice touch after we checked in. The bartender was excellent!
The room was small and the bathroom door didn’t lock. At one point we locked it from the outside and it got stuck. We had to have someone come up and remove the locking mechanism.

Nice big King bed, beautifully restored older boutique hotel. Clean. Central location to some funky neighborhoods.
No balcony, area is quite loud. Rooms are not overly spacious. Area immediately around the hotel was quite industrial and grungy.
