My home is a modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom upper unit that sleeps 8 comfortably, with a maximum of 6 adults. This spacious condo recently underwent a full remodel that was completed in April, 2021.
Your family will love the location of this home, just a few blocks north of Belmont Park and nestled between serene Mission Bay and the bustle of Mission Beach’s famous shops, restaurants and strand. It is located on the "sunny side" of the court, offering abundant natural light throughout the day.
This unit was fully remodeled and professionally decorated in 2021 to offer a modern, coastal, and comfortable space that is ideal for a family vacation. The open concept kitchen and living room areas flow out to a bright and airy private balcony that is perfect for morning coffee or evening cooking on the BBQ grill. You'll be able to prepare meals here to enjoy with the whole family, and you can clear the dining table afterwards to play board games and add a little bit of friendly competition to your vacation. Out of respect for our neighbors, we have a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these rules before renting.

This property is great for families and large groups. Perfectly walkable and so close to the beach and bay. Large kitchen and dining area, full of any kind of cookware you might need (including a crock pot). There are many boogie boards and a beach wagon available to use. Super close to Sea World and lots of other fun activities.

We had an amazing time at this property. The location was great, and the place was very clean and well-stocked with beach toys and chairs for us to use. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly communicative throughout our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, and the kitchen had every utensil we could possibly need. we can’t wait to rebook for next summer.
