This charming studio is fully equipped, air-conditioned, and clean. It’s quiet and relaxing, set in a magnificent tropical park right by the sea.
A spacious furnished studio with an air-conditioned bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a separate bathroom including: shower, toilet, hot and cold water, and a hair dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. You’ll also have a closet for your belongings and a flat-screen TV. The terrace features a kitchenette, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, and an electric hotplate (all of this equipment is brand new), as well as all necessary dishes, dish towels, and a teak table and chairs where you can enjoy meals and drinks in a cozy atmosphere. You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi.
The apartment opens onto a small outdoor garden. Additional Note: No parties or loud gatherings. Residents must respect the peace and quiet of other occupants, adhering to the rules of good neighborliness and respecting everyone’s privacy.
The Anse Caritan estate is located 100 m from the sea, near a family-friendly recreation center and the “Trace des Caps” hiking trail. The town center of Sainte-Anne is a 5-minute drive away.
