The Caroline Apartment is located on the first floor of a former silk mill in Cremia. The building, which has been meticulously restored, now houses beautiful, privately owned vacation apartments. This bright apartment features two large bedrooms—one with a lake view—a living room with access to the balcony, a very well-equipped kitchen area, and a modern bathroom. The amenities, furnishings, and decor are modern, new, and very appealing. Guests particularly appreciate the balcony with its impressive view of Lake Como. Here, you can enjoy a lovely breakfast, read in peace, or savor a glass of wine in the evening. The central heating is especially appreciated in the spring and fall. The upscale amenities include Wi-Fi, an elevator, and a reserved garage parking space. A park-like garden surrounds the building, which all residents of the house can use. Several lovely seating areas are located right by the water, inviting you to unwind. The swimming area, which adjoins the garden, is especially popular with water lovers. The yellow-hued former silk mill is located directly on the western shore of Lake Como in the village of Cremia. You can drive right up to the house; otherwise, this part of Cremia is almost car-free. Boat docking spots are right in front of the house. In the immediate vicinity, there are several good restaurants, bars, and the well-maintained beach of Cremia. A pleasant walking path runs along the lakeshore all the way to Pianello del Lario. Heating is billed only during the heating season.
