Staff had very good English.

The staff was very nice and the location is simply perfect if you wish to explore the city walking. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. All main tourist attractions are walking distance away.
Sadly the shower hardly worked. There was hardly any pressure in the shower and it was quite difficult to get a proper shower.

Room was big enough, central location close to everything worth visiting.
First there was no heating in the room which is very uncomfortable when it’s 12 degrees outside. It was freezing in the rooms. Not only mine but also the ones of my colleagues who were staying there. We were told they are not allowed to turn the heating on. By who? We never found out.
Second the breakfast was a joke, not only that you could only choose between toasted bread or cake, there was only one person responsible for making coffee, toasting bread and serving the guests.
