It was very clean both in the room, bathroom and public areas and the staff member who greeted us was welcoming, friendly and efficient. It was very nice to have the air conditioning in the room and the fridge was an added bonus. Lots of places to eat located close by and also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions.

The location was a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum ,cafes, restaurants and supermarket on the doorstep.Very quiet at night, double glazing, comfortable mattresses and pillows.Air conditioning worked well. The apartment was super clean and the staff were very helpful and kind.Nothing was any trouble for them.Tea,coffee, iron, hairdryer available. Two minutes to the Metro,8 mins to Termini.Great value.
Nothing at all.

Loved the very welcoming staff and location. Very clean room, great a/c and nice view with window that opens when cool enough to turn off a/c. Requiring 4 keys to enter with 2 being skeleton keys was difficult, with a steep learning curve, it can be frustrating. We would stay again!
Key situation, very small shower, street area slightly sketchy but we never felt unsafe

The location is good, a decent pizza place next door.
The guy who met us to check in was pleasant and welcoming.
No hair dryer in the room, the shower was low pressure and varied in temperature from cold to boiling hot. Air con was on but not very effective.
