Amazing location on the seafront. The staff had decorated the hotel for Halloween and it looked fabulous. Our kids loved the splash pool area and the entertainment team. The suite was huge and comfortable.
It’s coming to the end of the season and there were just a few tired bits (nothing major), like mould in the grouting around the bath. We weren’t always that taken with the food (for example sometimes very limited fresh fruit etc). It’s not ideal to walk through all the smokers who smoke directly outside the main entrance but it’s only brief!

Property was lovely! Lots of activities for kids! Pool towels very limited and required deposit and one change over which we found strange. I had an issue with room and was downgraded at a very large cost so that was disappointing. Mainly disappointed by bookings handling of my situation

Breakfast buffet selection was good.
It was very affordable
Staff were helpful
There was a drain smell.
Buffet was poor in evenings
Drinks package was very disappointing - no spirits the worst cocktails I've ever had.
Very busy Buffett looked for a table for twenty minutes and long lines.
