I liked the chalet concept greatly. Cleanliness was top notch. Staff well trained in customer relations.
Check out should be noon, not 10:00AM . I felt rushed.

Overall a good place. Warm welcome by the staff at the reception.
Room and bathroom were spacious.
Gym is well equipped and the pool outside is clean.
The restaurant needs to do better. Waited 50 min for a burger that ended up being served cold. At the end, I was handed the incorrect receipt which led to me paying twice.
Attempted room service the next day hoping it would be better, but they did not respond to the calls I made.

I liked how private and clean the cottages are.
Breakfast was always poorly cooked. Menu never changed, for three days had to eat the same poorly cooked breakfast. Swimming pool was dirty.adults had to mix with kids.
