About this house rental
Warm villa, Classified *** for an ideal stay, whether you are passing through, for a weekend or on holiday, with family or friends. Nestled at the gates of Provence, in the heart of the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône, a place of charm and character appreciated by all.
The traditional type house has been nicely renovated, with five bedrooms that can accommodate ten to twelve people.
As a convenience inside, you can fully enjoy a flat screen, the library, the living room, and the modern and very friendly kitchen next to the dining room. Outside, you can enjoy the 4,000 m² plot at your leisure, where you will find a swimming pool (with heat pump), a table tennis table, a barbecue and finally, our 80 m² main terrace.
Our five single rooms will ensure comfort and softness. All of them have all the necessary amenities, and 4 rooms have their own flat-screen TV. Four of them are equipped with 160x200 beds and a 140x200 bed. The majority of the upstairs rooms open onto a terrace. 2 travel cots, and a cot are also available on request (for babies and children from 0 to 3 years old).
The living room and the dining room, a modular space, which can accommodate twelve guests. These two spaces open onto the main terrace of the house, partially covered, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in season.
The kitchen, a convivial space, fully equipped: two fridges, two freezers, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, SMEG filter coffee machine, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, SMEG kettle and toaster, SMEG citrus juicer. All the crockery is provided with the rental (glasses, plates, cutlery, utensils, etc.).
The house has two private toilets (one on the first floor and one upstairs) as well as three bathrooms (one on the first floor and two upstairs), one of which has a bathtub.
Landscaped garden of 4,000 m² perfectly enclosed, with Salt Swimming Pool (equipped with a heat pump and a tarpaulin with a child resistant bar. European standard). In order to guarantee more security the house has an alarm connected to a system of motion detectors. We arrived Saturday and the owners was there to welcome us. We do not speak very much French but with Google translate everything was handed over. The house is beautiful, clean and in perfect condition. Everything you need in the kitchen is available. Good WIFI. Good outdoor area and nice pool. The shopping is also nearby not in walking distance but by car. The road is just beneath the property, but we never heard any noise that was annoying. So all in all a very good vacation for our family at 9 and can only give all the best recommendations.

Location très agréable : la maison très propre,bien agencée et le jardin convivial.
Très gentilles attentions à l ‘arrivée : gâteau fait maison ,boissons …plusieurs activités sur place : ping pong ,piscine,badmington , terrain de pétanque
Endroit idéal pour les activités en famille : visites , accrobranches,kayaks…pour tous les goûts…
