The hotel and grounds were gorgeous. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. It was such a lovely place, and was the perfect place for my now fiancé to propose!

We had a wonderfull stay of three nights for our honeymoon. The scenery, good quality of food and friendly staff made our stay very pleasant.
The room was big enough, bathroom a bit small, but this didn't made the experience of lesser quality. Bed was comfortable and the scenic atmosphere makes you feel as if you sleep in a romantic village.
The pool and spa areas are tidy and offer good quality. Spa staff is really friendly and the massages are of very good quality.
We had dinner in both La Loggia and La Locanda Del Borgo and both were a great culinary experience. Wine selection is sublime and the dishes are brilliant. Again the restaurant staff is really experienced and friendly.
Points of attention are the following.
There should be more pool/spa beds to accomodate at least the hotel visitors. Day guests are also welcome and on weekend days it can get quite busy. At least enough beds should be reserved for hotel visitors. We were able to get beds, but it was a tight call.
In addition the reception staff should pay more attention to communication upfront. Asked some questions via booking and email in advance of our stay and the reply took too long or received no reply at all.
The gym area is too small and should be improved. Understood that this is currently under construction ;)

Great spa hotel. Surrounded by olive trees. The spa and pools were lovely. The restaurant and bar were great. We had a small issue with one of our evening meals but the lovely waiter sorted it instantly and everything was perfect! Breakfast was very good.
Overall the hotel was very good. We arrived later than we expected due to our flight been delayed. The reception staff were not very welcoming, we had been travelling for 10 hours, you would at least expect a smile when you arrive at a hotel regardless whether you are late or not. Very cold reception, and again when we checked out, it doesn’t cost anything to smile :)

Aquapetra Resort & Spa offers a charming escape with elegant rooms, peaceful surroundings, and exceptional service at the restaurant. The atmosphere is ideal for relaxation—until you reach the pool area, where screaming children disrupt the serenity. Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room had a persistent sewage odor, which was hard to ignore. Most frustrating was the €60 per person charge just to sit by the pool after checkout—an excessive and impersonal policy that makes guests feel more like ATMs than valued visitors. A mixed experience in an otherwise stunning location.
