受付スタッフさんが質問に丁寧に回答頂き、好感が持てました
トイレとシャワーブースが部屋に備え付けでないのは珍しかったのですが直ぐの場所にあり不自由しませんでした。また、全てに清潔感があり良かったです。
夜に到着し、晩御飯のお店に迷うところですが、目の前にある鰻屋さん（美味しかった）があり立地も良かったです。
散策する際、効率良く周れる場所にお宿があり、川越市駅から歩いて到着しました。地図では距離があるように感じましたが、おしゃべりしながらでしたので歩きが苦痛では無く。駅近いホテルにしようか迷いましたが、観光する効率を考えるとコチラの場所が最適解でした。祭りの翌週時期に予約したといのもあるかもしれませんがリーズナブルな料金で利用できました（駅前より安価でした）
また泊まりたいお宿です

いつ利用しても清潔で快適です。
今回は川越祭りの期間に利用。
４階のバルコニーで宿泊者以外の人も集まっての数時間にわたる飲み会をしている人達がいた。酔っているので大騒ぎ。宿泊者以外の👥(宿泊者の友人、知人)は施設利用出来ないようにするべきでは？

Location is absolutely perfect in the historic area. The hotel / hostel is great for couples who want there own room or solos who want a bed in a dorm. So neat and clean! Also has a kitchen, lounge to chill and outdoor space to hang. Staff were the best! Loved my stay here and really recommend!

二階建てベットを子どもが喜んでいた。
建物は新しく清潔さはピカイチだった。
ハンバーガーショップのアルバイトらしき店員さんが明らかに慣れておらず、注文手続き中に「時間がかかるかも」と伝えられたので、「どのくらい？」と尋ねると「大丈夫でした」とのこと。
注文内容を忘れて自分がレシートを見せることになった。
値段も高い。キッズメニューのおもちゃをくれなかったので子どもが気づき、結局取りに戻ることになった。盛り付けは綺麗だった。
その方は人柄は良さそうだったが、ワンオペ営業してもらうならもう少し慣れさせてあげて欲しい。
小麦という朝食にしようと思ったお店が閉店していた。
エアコンはあるがエアコンのリモコンが無かった。
ツインルームという言葉は使わない方が良い。2段ベットとは思わず驚いた。
部屋に冷蔵庫がないが、共有スペースに冷蔵庫があったのでその点は知っていたら利用できた。
2階の廊下が臭かった。
