Le personnel y est extrêmement gentil, accueillant, serviable et attentif aux besoins des visiteurs.
La décoration des chambres est faite avec beaucoup de goût en veillant à montrer l'étendue de la culture mexicaine aux visiteurs puisque chaque chambre représente un état différent.
L'ambiance y est très calme et reposante afin que les visiteurs puissent profiter des installations et services (piscine, spa et massage) en toute sérénité.
Dans le petit restaurant de l'hôtel, on peut profiter d'un simple mais délicieux petit-déjeuner mexicain inclus dans le prix de la chambre et un service de restauration est également proposé tout au long de la journée avec des prix tout à fait raisonnables. Le restaurant est également ouvert aux visiteurs extérieurs à l'hôtel ce qui permet la discussion et les rencontres.
L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit un peu plus reculé de la ville d'Ajijic. Il convient particulièrement à celui qui aime faire de longues marches. Par contre, il faudra prendre un taxi ou un bus pour vous rendre à Chapala ou autre. Cela dit, l'hôtel travaille en collaboration avec un service de taxi privé qui se fera un plaisir de vous emmener là où vous le souhaitez.
Si vous êtes une personne à mobilité réduite, l'hôtel est accessible dans l'ensemble pour ceux et celles qui se déplacent en béquilles. Les chambres se trouvent effectivement au rez-de chaussée, mais il y a des marches isolées à certains endroits, ce qui peut rendre l'accessibilité plus compliquée pour certaines personnes. Les chambres en elles-mêmes sont accessibles: il y a de la place pour circuler et vous pouvez demander une chambre avec douche. L'accessibilité est plus compliquée pour celles et ceux qui se déplacent entièrement en chaise roulante.

The staff was exceptionally nice, and the facility is clean and attractive.
The soundproofing between rooms is inadequate, and if the neighbors are occupying the adjacent room, the sound is a real annoyance. Secondly, sometimes the pool cover stayed on during the day during times I would’ve preferred to use the pool.

Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast was ready. They staff mad coffee for us which was excellent. Our dinner the night before was very good as well. I highly recommend eating at their restaurant. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. When we had problems with the TV setting the language, they came in and showed us how. The pool was clean and easy to get in and out of. The grounds and building was very beautiful, with the old world charm of Mexican architecture.
This actually is a like/dislike. The doors are locked at 7pm. Good right? Problem is you have to call the management to have them unlock the door to get back in. An inconvenience for them and you.
