Great location, rooms “tired” but adequate, breakfast good
Everything is in need of an upgrade. Staff generally rude and sometimes even hostile from management down. Congratulations to Padi at the front desk who was really polite and helpful. I cut my arm on a loose bathroom door handle - it was fixed but I am still waiting for the manager who I specifically asked to see to get back to me. Shows a spectacular disregard and disrespect for your guests
