Close to everything including train station

GREAT location, 2 min walk from Takayama station
Payed for a KING room, not felt like a king at all. The bathroom was TINY and felt like a basement. The room is supposed to be 23m according to their website but it felt more like 18-20m. Not the best value for money. The lobby is modern and nice and them you arrive to the room and see something else.

Staff in the evening restaurant were good and helpful
Very hard uncomfortable beds, small room,
Check in process poor as too many requirements for our stay
Insufficient information on drinking water availability
Poor breakfast selection and insufficient portions in Bento boxes
