Villa in Umbria
Reasons to book
About this villa rental
The property spans 290 square meters across two levels. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms—one of which features a large stone bathtub and a small shower—and a dining room with antique terracotta flooring, connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find a fully functional antique wood-fired oven where you can bake “pizza.”
Adjacent to the dining room is a spacious living room with a fireplace, table, TV, and sofa. From here, you can access the newer wing with resin flooring: a double-height living room with a fireplace and reading area, a study corner, and a large game room that can also be used as an additional bedroom.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and on-demand TV: Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc.
The garden and pool
A 3,000-square-meter garden, fully fenced and featuring a barbecue, surrounds Casabella, which opens onto it through no fewer than 8 French doors overlooking the greenery. Facing south is a natural saltwater pool shaped like a small lake, with a delightful shoreline.
The garden features playground equipment for children and tree-climbing structures.
There is a charging station for electric cars.
Activities:
Horseback riding and trail rides.
Our friend Oscar, an Argentine polo champion and horse trainer, will be thrilled to welcome Casabella guests for trail rides and lessons at a special rate.
Mountain biking.
Numerous trails start right from the house, offering splendid mountain bike rides through small hamlets of just 4–5 houses tucked away in the surrounding woods, with breathtaking views. Electric bike rentals are available.
Nordic walking
Nordic walking equipment and an introductory lesson for beginners are available to guests upon request.
Sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, water skiing, sport fishing:
On Lake Trasimeno, just 45 minutes from the house, there are numerous centers where you can enjoy these water sports
