The charming thatched-roof coach house features six delightful apartments ranging in size from 50 m² to 90 m², each with a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, our guests have access to another kitchen with a dining area, which is ideal for cooking together and socializing. You’ll also find entertainment options such as darts, foosball, and a cozy lounge area.
Look forward to amenities such as an outdoor sauna with a refreshing outdoor shower, a barbecue area, and a spacious playground with a trampoline, sandbox, and climbing frame.
With its immediate proximity to the Baltic Sea, you can enjoy a picturesque garden and absolute tranquility at the Kutscherhaus. The Baltic Sea beaches, on the other hand, offer activities such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, swimming, and much more.
We warmly welcome you, whether you’re an extended family or a group of friends. The Kutscherhaus is located near the Baltic Sea, in the charming hilly landscape of Holstein Switzerland. Nestled in the small village of Manhagen, surrounded by nature and meadows, the Kutscherhaus enjoys peace and seclusion and offers you direct access to the garden, terrace, and playground, as well as opportunities for walks and a variety of bike tours featuring culinary and cultural highlights.
The apartments span two floors and each feature two double bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, and a living and dining area with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access.
Description of the bedrooms:
All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, nightstands, and bedside lamps, as well as spacious closets with plenty of hangers. Duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic.
Description of the bathrooms:
All bathrooms feature a shower, 1 sink, and 1 toilet. They are equipped with a hair dryer, hand soap, and shower gel.
Description of the outdoor area:
The living area opens onto a sheltered terrace. It’s the perfect spot to read a good book, enjoy the sun, or simply relax and unwind. The Kutscherhaus is surrounded by a large garden with a variety of fruit trees and berry bushes. You’ll find an outdoor sauna with an outdoor shower, a barbecue area, and a large playground.

We had an amazing time. The house, yard, the entire property is wonderful. Very clean and well maintained. Several grocery stores a short drive away. We’d love to come back sometime.

We went on a social work trip (14 people) and booked the entire Kutcherhaus. Perfect location for many people, as there are many units to sleep in. Very clean, very nice surroundings, it was very nice and cozy place. I can recommed to anybody looking for a place to be many people :)

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war größtenteils gut und der Aufenthalt mit einer Gruppe im Objekt in Ordnung. Die Kutscherstube ist jedoch nur zum Essen und Kochen geeignet, für gemütliches Beisammensein fehlen Couch und Sessel. Der Tischkicker war leider nicht auffindbar.
Insgesamt sollte man darauf achten, dass nur eine Wohnung renoviert ist und die anderen Wohnungen durchaus ein paar Jahrzehnte hinterher sind. Zudem sind die Wohnungen nur von außen zugänglich, was man im Winter oder bei schlechtem Wetter bedenken sollte.
