It was a nice family gathering location, close enough to beach and other island amenities.

I like the location within Shipyard, close to pool, beach and within walking distance to Pope & Coligny.

Vacation was inconvenienced by some sort of dispute between RMC/Epic & Shipyard property management it seemed. A welcome reception by RMC/Epic was cut short by Shipyard security. The following day, the pool was suddenly closed by governmental officials and remained closed the majority of our vacation week. RMC/Epic did contact us to offer another pool option, though it was not convenient.

Leaving this horrible experience!!!

I am writing to share my recent experience at Spinnaker, Unit 445, during what was meant to be a special trip celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by multiple issues with the rental unit that caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong musky odor. We attempted to air out the unit by opening the sliding door, only to discover that it was broken and extremely difficult to open. As we began unpacking in the kitchen, we realized there was no coffee maker provided. After calling the office, housekeeping brought over only a coffee pot without a machine. It took a second call before a proper coffee maker was delivered. Later, when attempting to shower in the master bathroom, we found the door hinge broken, leaving the door unable to close properly. While someone came to look at it, the issue required a new door and was not resolved during our stay. Additionally, the dishwasher was inoperable. Dishes came out dirty, and although a repairman was eventually sent, the problem was not fixed until the afternoon before we left—three days later. The faucet handle needed to be properly installed ( see picture) Overall, what was intended to be a milestone celebration turned into a series of frustrations and maintenance calls. The lack of upkeep and attention to detail in this unit is unacceptable and falls short of the standards we expected when booking with Spinnaker. Given the number of unresolved issues and the impact they had on our anniversary trip, I am requesting a refund or compensation for this very disappointing experience. Nice overall stay and nice facilities.

Spacious condos and quiet homes.

Our key cards were turned off, and we were told it was something of our fault. After we played golf in the morning and swimming in the pool for most of the afternoon, we were told we had to leave our kids in the pool and drive to get new key cards. We expressed we had been drinking alcohol throughout the day and the staff members told us it didn’t matter, they couldn’t bring new key cards to us.
