GB 22 - Genipabu Summer Residence Anúncio enganoso e retenção arbitrária de parte da caução - Fujam para não serem penalizados e prejudicados Efetuei a reserva do apartamento com 3 quartos para hospedagem por 4 adultos para o período 7 dias. Para minha surpresa, além do pagamento antecipado do valor total da reserva, fui informada da necessidade de pagamento de uma caução no valor de R$ 800,00 antes do check-in. O proprietário não apresenta essa informação de forma clara no anúncio, o que já denota uma certa má fé e falta de transparência. Na semana que antecedeu o período da reserva, fui acionada por uma empresa chamada Yalug para que fosse realizado imediatemente o Pix da caução como também o envio de documentos pessoais para cadastro na portaria. Na oportunidade, foi informado haver serviço de camareira de segunda a sexta, exceto aos finais de semana. Tudo enganação, o serviço não foi realizado em nenhum dos dias úteis. Isso foi apenas o começo. Apesar de ter enviado os documentos com 72 h de antecedência, a portaria do condominio não havia sido informada, tive que acionar essa tal de Yalug para obter informações e pedir a liberação, ficamos cerca de 20 minutos no carro aguardando a liberação. Após a hospedagem, cerca de 2 dias após, recebi contato dessa Yalug que informou haver uma mancha de urina no colchão. Falei que não tinha conhecimento e que não éramos responsáveis por tal mancha. Aleguei não haver crianças e que poderia essa macha ter sido oriunda da hospedagem anterior. Os colchões estavam cobertos por lençóis e confesso não ter tido a diligência de fazer uma vistoria prévia. Lamentável, pois fizeram o abatimento de 250,00 com a alegação de terem contratado um serviço de higienização. Um valor superfaturado com a intenção clara de reter boa parte da caução e efetuar deliberadamente a devolução de um valor menor. Fujam de hospedagens intermediadas por essa Yalug.

Excelente opção para hospedagem em família

O apartamento é bem amplo, com 3 quartos com ótimos ar condicionados e boa roupa de cama. O condomínio é excelente para famílias, com uma ótima piscina e salão de jogos. Há uma máquina de gelo gratuito que é uma mão na roda. A cozinha, na medida do possível, é bem equipada e possui máquina de lavar. A geladeira tem um ótimo tamanho. A praia, que é espetacular, fica a uma distância de nem 5 minutos de caminhada. O contato com a administradora foi bem fluida.

O apartamento é bem amplo, com 3 quartos com ótimos ar condicionados e boa roupa de cama. O condomínio é excelente para famílias, com uma ótima piscina e salão de jogos. Há uma máquina de gelo gratuito que é uma mão na roda. A cozinha, na medida do possível, é bem equipada e possui máquina de lavar. A geladeira tem um ótimo tamanho. A praia, que é espetacular, fica a uma distância de nem 5 minutos de caminhada. O contato com a administradora foi bem fluida.
