This is our second time booking the property, and we will be coming back if possible. Quiet and private villa in rural location with fantastic views over the Sea and neighbouring islands. Outstanding host who really looks after you and is extremely accommodating and responsive. Three separate bedrooms with en-suites downstairs, a large living area and well-equipped kitchen upstairs. Large outdoor private terrace, BBQ, pool and car park. Shop/Cafés 5min drive/15min walk away. Several nice forest walks in the area and to the beaches nearby 45min up to 4 hours, whatever takes your fancy, but not the easiest ones if you want to go off-road and you need an app for that (the area is is quite hilly and these are old, sometimes overgrown paths). Drive to several beautiful rocky beaches nearby 10 to 15 minutes. Nearest town Fiskardo with several restaurants, shops, bars, watersports is a 10min drive. Other attractions of Northern Kefalonia (Assos, Mirtos beach) are a 30min drive, airport 1h20min. Ideal location for a quiet winding down retreat with friends/family with the occasional trips to natural beaches, walks, and restaurants in an absolutely beautiful and stunning landscape that is not overcrowded or touristy at all. We were also happy to stay all day at the villa and enjoy the terrace and the view. Not so much if you prefer a classic all-day beach holiday, full-on action, going out a lot, or want to explore all of Kefalonia (it is a big island and everything outside the Northern part is about a 1h plus drive away on windy roads). Rental car highly recommended.

The best stay ever
The villa was beautiful, the scenery unbelievable
The yard and the pool were lovely
The place was so clean , and such attention to details.
There was nothing lacking
And a 5 minute drive from the most beautiful beaches and the town and restaurants
And of course George was so nice

We had an amazing stay at Villa Androniki! The villa was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning. The whole place felt peaceful and private, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying Kefalonia.
Everything was well taken care of, and the villa had everything we needed during our stay. We especially loved spending time by the pool and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location was also great for exploring the island.
We had such a wonderful time and would happily stay here again. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Kefalonia. Highly recommended! ❤️

La maison est bien équipée (climatisation, moustiquaire, 3 sdb, instruments cuisine), le jardin et salon de jardin est très agréable.
La vue n’est pas conforme aux photos du site décrivant la maison. Une nouvelle construction proche masque la moitié de la vue mer.
Aussi, les matelas des lits sont très moyens.
