The staff spoke english well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. They upgraded our rooms

The rooms could have been cleaner. The hot tub was not as clean. The outside area does not have any lights and it was dirty. The breakfast was okay. The gym and spa are super small.

Functional, clean and reasonably comfortable - more of a business than holiday hotel. Good breakfast. On site parking garage.

No tea / coffee in the room. Somewhat lacking in character.

Too many children in the pool - very noisy

They should have a separate pool for adults only - too noisy
