Okay, aber ausbaufähig

Die Couch, der Sessel und die Terrasse.

Ein Schlafzimmer war leider nicht sauber und musste von uns nach 8 stündiger Fahrt selbst gereinigt werden. Der Schlafzimmerschrank ist zusammengebrochen. Es gab nicht einmal einen Stuhl im Schlafzimmer. Ein Badezimmer war leider auch nicht sauber. Ich hab die Verwaltung angeschrieben und am nächsten Tag kam ein Hausmeister und hat den Schrank repariert. Die Küche hatte nicht einmal ein Schneidebrett und man konnte nicht richtig kochen. Es gab auch nur einen Schlüssel, was bei 4 Personen manchmal schwierig war. Leider fehlen ein paar schöne Accessoires in der Wohnung, so wirkte es leider etwas kühl und nicht behaglich. Für ein älteres Ehepaar etwas zu weit vom Zentrum

Zingst ist sehr schön, die Unterkunft bzw. der Vermieter "hat viel Luft nach oben"

Es war ein Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden, ruhige Lage des Hauses, zentral gelegen ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß zur Fussgängerzone und Strand, zwei vollstängige Badezimmer, Wohnung pünktlich bzw. etwas früher bezugsfertig.

Bettwäsche hatte Brandflecken, Kleiderschrank in einem Zimmer defekt, es war nicht möglich Kleidung über der Stange aufzuhängen. Ausstatungsmäßig fehlten Schneidebrett, Schere, Aschenbecher für den Balkon. Beide Abflüsse der Waschbecken liefen nicht richtig ab, Lüftung in beiden Bädern ohne Funktion. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschende Sauberkeit: Fenster schmutzig, Sockelleisten sehr staubig, Fußboden in der Wohnung teilweise sandig, Balkon schmutzig und mit Grünspan, im Treppenhaus die Fenster total schmutzig, im Aufzug lagen über unseren 6 tätigen Aufenthalt alte Putzschwämme, vor der Aufzugstür im1. Stock stand ein Topf verwelkter Topf Basilikum. Unserer Meinung nach wurde das Objekt schon länger nicht mehr richtig gereinigt. Über die oben genannten Punkte hätten wir hinwegsehen können, wenn nicht ein, unserer Meinung nach, komplettes Desinteresse des Vermieters bestanden hätte, dem Kunden einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Wir sind am Freitag 29.08. gegen 15.15 angereist und haben um 15.30 versucht den Vermieter über die Misstände zu informieren. Entgegen der Beschreibung, dass das Büro bis 16.00 besetzt ist, ging niemand mehr an`s Telefon. Wir hinterließen eine Nachricht mit Bitte um Rückruf auf Band. Nachdem sich bis Montag niemend gemeldet hatte, riefen wir nochmals im Büro an um die dargelegten Mängel zu melden. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte, sie hätte alles notiert und würde es weitergeben. - DAS WAR ES !! - Keine weitere Rückmeldung, keine Mängelbeseitigung, nichts !! Gratulation zu so viel Kundenservice !! Aber immerhin fanden wir in der ausgelegten Dokumentation ausführliche Hinweise was der Mieter alles zu tun hat, wie der Müll zu trennen ist, wie die Wohnung zu reinigen ist, wie die Betten abzuziehen sind, etc. Alle oben aufgeführten Mängel wurden dokumentiert und mit Foto festgehalten. Unser Fazit ist: einmal und nicht wieder
