The 2200 sq/ft. pet-friendly Cottage is ideal for families, bridal parties, medical staff, and couples, visiting the area. It has many brick and vintage features. The nightly fee is for up to four ppl with additional charges of $40pp/pn over four and also pet fees. Other guests that visit the cottage can be accommodated but with disclosure and added fees. It’s perfectly located close to historic downtown and the hiking trails, waterfalls, wineries of NE GA.

Nice cozy cottage close to Flat Rock Farms wedding venue and Toccoa Falls. Check-in and out was simple and quick.

The brick house cottage is a great accommodation with an easy check in, plenty of room, knowledgeable hosts of many sites off the beaten path, and smooth check out process. Enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the Toccoa area!
