Clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast.
Bathroom space was very limited. There was no place to put clothes except for a very tiny closet. No place to put 2 overnight bags, not even a luggage rack.

The staff, Gianni, Xavier and Anderson were so helpful and welcoming! And there was also the staff from the breakfast area and security that were so nice and kind.
The rooms were clean and well appointed
My first two nights I was assigned a room that had an incredible noisy HVAC. I really didn’t sleep almost at all those two nights but when I approached Giani on the third day she was golden!! I got a great and silent HVAC room. I’m certainly back if they can guarantee a room with no noisy HVACs!

A beautiful view of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty.
The breakfast could be better.

Very noisy due to the loading and unloading flower trucks during the night
