About this house rental
Vacation Rental 12—our three stylishly furnished and fully equipped apartments are located in a historic estate in the heart of the Palatinate Forest, right next to the German Wine Route.
Each apartment is a separate unit with an outdoor area and a lockable entrance, and features its own unique interior design style:
“FeWo 1” (Main House/Ground Floor/70 sqm/Colonial Style)
"Vacation Rental 2" (Main House/Upper Floor/75 sqm/Country House Style)
"Vacation Rental 3" (Side House—Entire Building/120 sqm/Vintage Style)
“Vacation Home” (Vacation Rental 1 + Vacation Rental 2)
“Residence” (Vacation Rental 1 + Vacation Rental 2 + Vacation Rental 3)
The property features a range of amenities exclusively available to our guests: a covered courtyard (outdoor dining area) with barbecue facilities, a gazebo in the front yard, sheltered sunbathing areas, and parking spaces right next to the house.
With excellent transportation connections yet a quiet location, the property is the ideal starting point for many worthwhile excursions into “Germany’s Tuscany.”
Vacation Rental 3 (for 6–8 people / entire annex building / 120 square meters / vintage style) On the first floor is the separate, romantic bedroom—featuring sandstone accents—with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a bathroom with a sink, shower, and washing machine, as well as a separate restroom with a second sink. The fully equipped kitchen is located on the upper floor. It features all major appliances (dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee and espresso machines, toaster, and microwave), as well as all necessary cooking utensils. The large countertop offers plenty of space for brunch or a buffet. Of course, there is plenty of dishware, silverware, and glassware—even for larger groups. The room is dominated by handcrafted, solid wood furniture, and the central dining area features a table that seats more than 12 people. In addition to the cozy TV corner with two single sofas—which can be used as extra beds if needed—there’s also a sleeping alcove with a double bed and a single bed for three more people. The loft is air-conditioned and maintained at a comfortable temperature by fully automatic pellet stoves, as well as infrared heaters in the bathroom and toilet. High-speed internet via fiber-optic cable / free Wi-Fi
