Clean. Very polite staff. Coffee room and service space was useful for coffee, water, ice and microwaves for heating food. Also washing machines. 7/11 shop at the base of the hotel and it is 2 mins away from a subway station.
Room size - small. Had to store open suitcases under the bed.

Comfortable and super clean room, ideally located 2mn walk from subway and with a 7-11 downstairs.

There is a 7/11 right downstairs making snacks and amenities very accessible.
Customer service was on and off, in comparison to other locations we stayed at, where they were staff always at reception greeting and ready to help, this location lacked that service. We struggled with luggage delivery, however, a young Vietnamese staff member was able to help us right away.
