Rooms need maintenance. AS a five star hotel with all perfect Facilities and amazing customer service I was expecting rooms with such a beautiful sea view to be maintained in high standard as cleaning and as maintenance.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. In fact, they were outstanding and a real credit to the hotel. Quality and selection of food available in buffet and at beach restaurant was excellent. Hotel and site were very well maintained. Kids loved the water park, which was really well run by the excellent lifeguards. Lovely beach with clear waters and turtle sightings possible if you snorkel east out of the bay. Good spa facilities - other guests didn't seem to use these, so we had the whole place to ourselves!

There is an industrial building just down the coast to the west, which somewhat spoils the vista. The black smoke streaming from the tallest chimney does detracts from the otherwise pleasant wild coastal surrounds. We couldn't see this from our sea view room, but it is visible from the main pool bar - turn your chairs around and look the other way! Dining area for the buffet could do with better noise dampening. Had the feel of an aiport atrium at times - but I guess this is to be expected for this type of dining option. Buffet etiquette of other guests was frequently suboptimal, which many familiies seemingly transporting vast quantities of food to their own tables, creating their own min-buffets, which they then only at a small proportion of, thus wasting a lot of food. Children were often unchecked in the buffet, piling their plates high with destined to be wasted beige delights. There was a "love food, hate waste" sign at the entrance, which unfortunately didn't seem to be impacting behaviours. I'm not sure how the hotel can address this really. These guests just need to be better humans. Only other negative was witnessing examples of unchecked behaviour by obnoxious children, remininscent of the charater "Augustus Gloop" in the popular Roald Dahl novel, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Only a child raised by an entitled and overprivilged family with little respect for others could behave like this. So when adults likely to be their parents sat by and idly watched on, we were not suprised. We saw the lifeguards dealing with abusive language and gestures from a child who seemed able to act without consequence, safe in the knowledge that his parents either wouldn't care, or would back their "Little Prince" in any resulting disussion. We felt sorry for the staff having to deal with this.

We had a wonderful stay! This holiday was all about relaxing and taking a proper break, and thankfully, we got exactly what we were looking for. We truly enjoyed every moment and left feeling refreshed and happy. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Everything feels new and modern, and all the facilities are spotless. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everything about the hotel was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! Thank you mehmet ali

One small note: the pool areas have almost no shade, which can be quite difficult, especially during the hot hours of the day. It would be great if at least around 20% of the pool area could have some shade, so guests can enjoy the pools more comfortably.

Excellent room with such a lovely view. Food was delicious and so much choice. The staff make this hotel, they go above and beyond to help and honestly I would have rated this much lower without them.

Unfortunately when we stayed there was a lot of work going on. Therefore it was loud and half of the resort was closed. This was expected during off season, and reflected in the price but it was hard to then relax during the day. However a lot of facilities were worn out. I think the photos must be old? The rooms are really noisy, we sadly had some very noisy neighbours and they were unable to move us due to the hotel being full (although it did not appear it!). This led to really poor sleep. We think the neighbours were using the casino and made a lot of noise. This therefore isn’t the hotels fault but we were unable to be moved.
