This exclusive loft apartment on the top floor (60 square meters) features a spacious layout with a cozy dining area, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a living room with a snug alcove bed for 2 children or 1 adult and a large panoramic window. The exposed antique wooden beams and exposed brick walls give this apartment a special ambiance. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker with filter bags, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, a Tchibo capsule coffee machine, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and dishwashing utensils. The spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet is equipped with a makeup mirror, hair dryer, hand and bath towels, shampoo, and soap. The apartment is accessible via an outdoor staircase and features a balcony. In the charming garden, complete with a “Bayerwald” beach chair, table, chairs, and lounge chairs, you can enjoy the evening by the fire pit. A charcoal grill is available for your use. For your children, there is a playground with a swing and sandbox next to the house. A washing machine with laundry detergent and a drying rack is available. A deposit of 100.00 EUR is due after booking. The remaining balance is payable in cash on site or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. The visitor’s tax is not included and will be charged separately on-site. It amounts to 2.30 EUR per person per day for adults aged 16 and older, and 1.40 EUR per person per day for children between 6 and 15 years of age. A crib and high chair are available free of charge. A bicycle and ski storage room are also available. Our house is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking tours on our local mountains: Pröller, Predigtstuhl, and Hirschentein. As a certified ski instructor, I’m happy to offer private ski lessons during the winter. Each apartment has one parking space at the house. A special feature is our “Bayerwald beach chair” in the garden. Wi-Fi is free!
