About this house rental

In one of Europe’s smallest low mountain ranges, in the southeasternmost corner of Saxony, lies what is arguably the most beautiful part of Upper Lusatia: the Zittau Mountains, situated along the border between Saxony and the Czech Republic.
Our charming little town, with its pleasant climate and picturesque half-timbered houses, is worth a visit any time of year. Enjoy the awakening of spring in the mountains, balmy summer days, or colorful autumn forests—whether you’re hiking, climbing, biking, or swimming, there’s something for everyone. Even in winter, young and old alike can have a blast skiing, ice skating, winter hiking, or sledding to their heart’s content. Treat yourself to culinary delights at the numerous restaurants in our village and the surrounding area.
Feel right at home in our lovingly furnished vacation rental and make yourself comfortable.
The vacation rental is centrally located in the heart of Jonsdorf on the first floor of our newly renovated half-timbered house and offers plenty of space for 4 adults. It features 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, as well as a cozy living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy your vacation.
To explore the beautiful Zittau Mountains, many hiking trails lead directly from the house in all directions—such as to Waltersdorf, Oybin, Großschönau, or into neighboring Czech Republic with all its charms. There are plenty of recreational opportunities, such as swimming at the Jonsdorf Mountain Pool or at Lake Olbersdorf. Kayaking on the Neisse River for the whole family. Biking along the Mandau River or mountain biking in the hills. Take day trips to Zittau, Görlitz, and Bautzen for shopping or a guided tour steeped in history, such as a visit to see the large Lenten veil!
For all train enthusiasts, a ride on the historic narrow-gauge railway is always an unforgettable experience! Day trips to Dresden or Prague are also possible.

Welcome to our vacation rental!

Exzellentes Ferienhaus. Sehr nette Vermieter.
