About this house rental
In the Dordogne valley, in the heart of the village of Saint-Sozy, you will be charmed by 'Chez Yvette', a typical village house with quality renovation with 'trendy' equipment and decoration, in the immediate vicinity of all the small shops (mini-market, bakery, restaurant...), you will also have the pleasant surprise of discovering that you are only 700m from the Dordogne river with swimming and canoeing... On site, you will enjoy the patio with its landscaped layout, where you can relax in the shade and in complete privacy!
House of 90m², on the first floor beautiful bright living room of 45m² with a fully equipped kitchen area, 1 separate toilet, large pantry. Upstairs, with in one, 1 double bed in 1.60m and a dressing room of 4m², and in the other 2 double beds in 0.80m, which join to make a bed in 160m, a shower room.1 independent toilet. Electric heating/silent reversible air conditioning. Outside, a pretty patio of 35m² and an enclosed garden of 35m². Baby equipment available.
Cleaning fee 50 euros
Sheets provided, beds made on arrival -Towels provided -Tea towels provided

un très bon séjour dans ce gite plein de charme , bien agencé, très spacieux ou l on se sent comme chez soi. propriétaires très sympathiques.
situé au centre du village, il est à quelques mètres des commerces boucherie et alimentation.
un grand merci pour les petites attentions a notre arrivée.

nous avons été très bien accueillis, les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles. Le logement est très très propre et très très bien équipé. Nous étions au centre du village avec un boucher et une épicerie à proximité. Nous avons pu effectuer de très belles balades.
