The location, friendliness and courtesy of staff particularly in the reception, was excellent.
We greatly appreciated the high standard of food and the help that the staff gave.
In the bathroom there was a lack of safety handles to enter and get put of the shower which was located in the bath and presented a dangerous challenge for older people and there were no rubber mats in the bath.
We
The lift was inadequate to serve hotel staff and guests

Location
It being able to snack around the pool, plus the bar downstairs needed a snacks menu as well as the full lunch menu

Nice beach!!! Amazing view from the bar!!!
Good Location.
Perfect place to have a lunch with sea view. It would be good to have more menu option to eat as after 2-3 days you tried out all menu choice .
Nice people working at the bar and beach restaurant.
Car parking a bit away, but you are lucky to have car parked at this area.
Average breakfast for 5 stars hotel. Not enough berries or fruit options.
WC in the lobby sometime looks dirty due to lower water pressure. Also in the room it is a challenge to flesh the toilet.
Room are not clean properly, vacuum cleaner is not used at all. Bed clothes are not changed. Cleaning people are more focused on putting advertisements or breakfasts card on the correct place rather on the make room clean.

Salted pool
Very old rooms, cleaners are not nice - they are disturbing by opening the doors, and rooms are poorly cleaned
