It was close to Venice beach and it was very well kept

The manager is great. Super helpful and very attentive.
It was a bit tricky finding the entrance. And I had 3 heavy bags that I had to haul up a flight of stairs. Normally I would not mind, but it was raining and the door is very heavy so it was tricky to get everything inside at once.

The place was clean (enough) and safe. It get's the job done
Where do I start? The AC is under powered. There was only the tiniest of windows in my room. The pillow resembled a door mat. I wouldn't describe the place as filthy, but I wouldn't say it's immaculate either. In general, it was adequate but not great.
