Great location and safe.
A bit of an update would be nice.

The fire alarm was beeping without a fire and the staff removed it from the ceiling without delay.
It’s just a bit more compact than I really like.

Comfortable room with good WiFi connectivity. Location was central which made it easy (walking distance) to get to meetings in the CBD.
The shower had a curtain which detracted from the rest of the furnishings.
