Spacious room, comfy bed. All staff very polite & friendly. Enjoyed a delicious Sunday roast there.
Not as clean as I expected.Several cobwebs hanging from the ceiling!

Good location, on site restaurant.
Poor bathroom.

the staff in the breakfast where brilliant, it was all laid out well everything you could want for breakfast
the only 2 things are you could do with a coffee/tea machine instead of flasks of coffee and hot water which the staff have to keep refilling, and the breakfast was only warm not piping hot, but plenty on the plate.

Location good.
Tiny room barely room to change..., bathroom light comes on automatically and stays on for 5 mins with a fan going so wakes people up in the night.
Mattress dipped ....
