The best thing about the place is definitely the owner.
We booked 2 night but I thought we'd booked 3 ..i was a little bit disappointed (lol)
The breakfast was lovely.
It's placed about a 10 minute walk to the tower.
Ignore the bad reviews.
No doubt we'll see you again.
Take care..fantastic little place ❤️
The horrid weather ..not the hotels fault.

Janette was an exceptional host. The breakfast was adequate and as a vegetarian Janette provided an excellent breakfast.
The room was nice, cosy and comfortable. Bed was also comfy and I slept well.
Janette was an excellent host and I'd definitely return and book here again. Janette was friendly, professional and polite. It was my first time here in Blackpool and Janette highlighted the areas of interest, which was very kind of her.
The water pressure in the shower a little low.
