The staff were excellent .. all of them. Quick and easy check in, escorted to our room on 20th floor with fabulous views. I mentioned on my booking it was my daughter’s birthday on our 2nd day there and the staff at breakfast surprised her with a cake and sign and sang happy birthday!! A great memory to have’ the hotel was clean and brilliant central location.
We thought the sky bar would have an outdoor terrace but it’s just all inside with windows.

Great pool area! Swim up bar and fun music during the day. Not a party hotel but just a nice vibe. Also great food served by the pool restaurant. Nice range of options for breakfast, rooms were clean. Right in the heart of town, so very easy and safe to wander around.
Beds were firm but that's Thailand.

The location was excellent and close to everything.
- front office staff name fiona or something was very rude while checkout no professionalism at all
- The location was good, but the service was disappointing. We had to pay a $100 deposit per room, and almost everything came with extra charges, even one extra hour for check-out. The receptionist was unfriendly and seemed irritated. The staff were not flexible or accommodating.
