1. Great location in La Gleize just a few hundred feet from the December 44 Museum and a 10-15 minute drive from Stavelot, a lovely and historic town which also has an abbey with a museum, restaurants, and sites with WW2 significance.
2. As requested in advance, we had a suite with a kitchen (though we only used the fridge), and a bathtub (Accomodation #2) and also received assistance from staff getting a heavy suitcase up and down the stairs, as we had requested in advance.
3. There is an on site restaurant which served a very good dinner (there are many food options, menu available in English if needed). Breakfast was ample, served 7-10:30 (so good options for late sleepers) and was in a charming historic room with a fireplace. Make reservations if traveling on season.
4. Communication in advance was prompt and staff were accomodating.
Minor issues, just be aware: if the weather is warm, if you have a room facing the street, as this one did, you may need to have a window open to get cool, and you should be aware that road noise starts up quite early. We were already awake, so it did not matter.
The parking areas are also deep gravel, which would have been difficult or impossible to roll suitcases on, i.e., if they hadn't been carried for us. If you're going to need help carrying your bag upstairs, let them know in advance on "comments" to the innkeeper.

The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing and the staff is very helpful. The adjacent restaurant is also really convenient because there are not many other dining options close by.
Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because the water was very murky. They were also doing some work on the pool which was probably related to the quality of the water.

The breakfast was amazing, the beds were comfy, the room had a second floor which was unexpected but definitely welcome, I’m DEFINITELY taking my family/friends here in the future!
Can’t name one thing that upset me, everything was perfect
