Rooms were very nice, updated, quiet and accommodating staff
The meals were average compared to stays in other 4 star properties. However the staff handled crowds and busy times with great professionalism. They were outstanding.

We had a lovely stay! We were greeted with such kindness and a wonderful surprise when we arrived. Since we were traveling with our little one, the hotel generously upgraded our room so we would have a bit more space, which we really appreciated.
The facilities were just as pictured. We especially enjoyed the wellness center and pools. The wellness center offers a wonderful hot-and-cold therapy experience, beginning with a steam room and continuing through various cold and warm showers and a sauna. Many of the showers incorporate essential oils, making the entire experience feel incredibly relaxing and therapeutic.
The staff went above and beyond to make our last day easy and enjoyable. They kindly stored our bags after checkout so we could spend some extra time riding bikes around town before leaving. They even gave us a key card to the wellness center so we could shower and freshen up before our departure.
Overall, we felt very welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. The thoughtful touches and exceptional hospitality made our experience truly special. We would happily stay here again!
I was a little disappointed that there really wasn't much of a beach. Nothing that the hotel can really do about it but I felt like the description on the booking site wasn't quite right on this one.

Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Nice location.
Air conditioning was not working well. The room was warm and we did not get much sleep because of this.
